Personal meeting with a registrar is the main way of obtaining a personal WM-passport. All the participants of the Verification Center partnership program have this right without exclusions.
The procedure:

  • choose the closest registrar with whom you can meet personally;
  • pay the fee for obtaining a WM-passport on the site passport.wmtransfer.com;
  • prepare the required for the issuance of WM-passport documents: Applicant’s Attestation Request Form, a photocopy of the main spread of your passport (the pages containing your photograph and signature), a photocopy of the passport page indicating your place of residence (if available), or photocopies of both sides of your identity card;
  • personally meet the chosen registrar and hand him the required documents;

Persons who have not reach the age of majority (18 years ) must attend the meeting with the registrar only in the presence of one of the parents.

Obtaining a WM-passport after recording VideoID and verification of the bank account

In the event that the applicant for the personal WM-passport cannot personally meet any of the registrars, or is not satisfied with the conditions for obtaining a WM-passport, he can get the WM-passport directly from one of the representatives of the Verification Center, authorized to issue WM passports after recording a VideoID and verification of the bank account.
The procedure:

  • record a VideoID;
  • choose a registrar;
  • pay the fee for obtaining a WM-passport on the site passport.wmtransfer.com;
  • prepare the required for the issuance of WM-passport documents: Applicant’s Attestation Request Form, a photocopy of the main spread of your passport (the pages containing your photograph and signature), a photocopy of the passport page indicating your place of residence (if available), or photocopies of both sides of your identity card (No need to notarize the documents);
  • verify the bank account (make a bank payment from your personal bank account to the specified by the System details);
  • send the registrar required for the issuance of a WM-passport documents by a common (not electronic) mail;

Attention! The bank account must be opened in your name.

Obtaining a WM-passport after recording a VideoID and passing an interview with a registrar in the video interview format

In the event that the applicant for the personal WM-passport cannot personally meet any of the registrars, or is not satisfied with the conditions for obtaining a WM-passport, he can get the WM-passport directly from one of the representatives of the Verification Center, authorized to issue WM passports after recording a VideoID and passing an interview with a registrar in the video interview format.
The procedure:

  • record a VideoID;
  • choose a registrar;
  • pay the fee for obtaining a WM-passport on the site passport.wmtransfer.com;
  • prepare the required for the issuance of WM-passport documents: Applicant’s Attestation Request Form, a photocopy of the main spread of your passport (the pages containing your photograph and signature), a photocopy of the passport page indicating your place of residence (if available), or photocopies of both sides of your identity card (No need to notarize the documents);
  • send the registrar required for the issuance of a WM-passport documents by a common (not electronic) mail;
  • pass an interview with the registrar in the video interview format;

Obtaining a WM-passport on the basis of notarized documents

In the event that the applicant for the personal WM-passport cannot personally meet any of the registrars, or is not satisfied with the conditions for obtaining a WM-passport, he can get the WM-passport directly from one of the representatives of the Verification Center, authorized to issue WM passports on the basis of notarized documents.
The procedure:

  • choose a registrar;
  • pay the fee for obtaining a WM-passport on the site passport.wmtransfer.com;
  • prepare the required for the issuance of WM-passport documents: Applicant’s Attestation Request Form, a photocopy of the main spread of your passport (the pages containing your photograph and signature), a photocopy of the passport page indicating your place of residence (if available), or photocopies of both sides of your identity card;
  • notarize the signature of the applicant for a WM-passport on the application, observing the rules of notarization (a photocopy of the passport is not notarized);
  • send the registrar required for the issuance of a WM-passport documents by a common (not electronic) mail;
