Agents issuing Personal Passports

The list covers the agents’ locations nearest to the one indicated by you. A WM passport can be issued to a WebMoney user by an authorized agent in presence of the applicant based on supplied identification and contact information. If you have no chance to contact the registrar in person, you can receive a WM passport at the verification center: choose the verification center as your registrar. In order to choose an authorized agent to issue a WM passport to you, click on the “Receive a passport” link next to the WMID of the chosen agent. If you want to get additional information about the verification terms set by a particular agent, you should point your mouse cursor over the “more” link.
