Partnership Program
Issuance of Personal Passports
By joining the program, you will receive the status of Registrar and will be able to issue Personal Passports for a fee. You set the issuance fee yourself (not less than 5 WMZ). Of this amount, 75% is paid to you for each issued passport.
Program participation requirements:
- age 25 or older;
- at least 3 years since obtaining a Personal Passport;
- Business Level of at least 100 points;
- availability of an office (owned or rented) providing applicants with unrestricted access for interviews and document submission;
- interview with a representative of the Certification Center (via video call or in person in Moscow, Russian Federation);
- signing of the “Agency Agreement”;
- payment for the passport application — 100 WMZ;
- payment of a security deposit — 3000 WMZ.
Important! Personal Passports must be issued either during a face-to-face meeting with applicants or via a video interview, if such an option is provided to you by the System Operator. Original documents obtained from applicants must be submitted to the System Operator for verification and subsequent storage after the passport is issued.
The ability to withdraw earned funds is granted only after the System Operator has re-verified the accuracy of the issued passport. Thus, all Personal Passports undergo double verification: first by the Registrar and then by the System Operator.
