Main Types of WM-passports Professional WM-passports
The WM-attestation program comprises several levels, allowing each WebMoney Transfer participant to obtain a WM-passport of any of the following types:

Alias WM-passport is suitable only for small transfers to fully verified participants of the system, invoice payments, and purchases in online stores. This WM-passport is a good starting point for newcomers exploring the capabilities of the WebMoney Transfer system. However, keep in mind that the trust level for a participant with an "Alias WM-passport" is minimal.
Eligibility: Issued automatically (free of charge) upon registration in the system.

Formal WM-passport is intended for active users of electronic payment systems and freelancers. It provides access to funding and withdrawal operations, as well as higher transaction limits.
Eligibility: Issued free of charge after uploading a scanned copy or photo of an identity document (passport or ID card) and completing VideoID verification.

Personal WM-passport is recommended for businesses and advanced private users who wish not only to spend and transfer funds, but also to earn online using the full range of WebMoney Transfer services. This WM-passport provides a high level of trust from other participants, as your personal data will be verified in person based on original documents (or notarized copies).
Eligibility: Issued for a fee after personal data verification by a Registrar (a participant of the Certification Center’s partner program).
The WebMoney Transfer system offers professional WM-passports, which are required for legal entities, software developers, and for participation in the system as a Registrar or Arbitrator.
