Where to obtain a Personal WM-passport
WebMoney offers four ways to get a Personal WM-passport:
Obtaining a WM-passport after a personal meeting with a registrar;
Obtaining a WM-passport on the basis of notarized documents;
Obtaining a WM-passport after recording VideoID and verification of the bank account;
Obtaining a WM-passport after recording a VideoID and passing an interview with a registrar in the video interview format.
