A WM-Passport is a "digital" identity document of a participant in the WebMoney Transfer system, confirmed by a digital equivalent of a handwritten signature. It contains the owner's personal data: full name, passport, and contact information. The higher the passport level, the more trust it generates and the more features the system provides.
