The WebMoney Transfer verification center offers a partner program to earn money by verifying eligible applicants.

First thing you should do prior to joining a partner program is to choose the type of the partner program you want to join. There are two partner programs:

1. You can get a registrar passport and acquire the right to issue Personal passports to other users. Please note that the Registrar is financially rewarded for his or her verification activity. The registrar is free to price his or her services;
2. You can get a Personal passport and acquire the right to issue initial passports. Please note that the holder of a Personal passport is financially rewarded for his or her verification activity. The holder of a Personal passport is free to price his or her services.

You can receive a registrar passport in the verification center. If you want to become a registrar, the first thing you should do is become a verified user and receive a Personal passport or a merchant passport. Moreover, you need to conclude an agreement with WM Center and pay guarantee fee of 2000 WMZ. This guarantee fee will be refunded upon the agreement termination in case the verification center has no claims regarding your duties as registrar, in particular regarding the accuracy of personal information provided by WMT members verified by you. Otherwise, this fee will be used to indemnify the verification center.

After receiving a registrar passport, you will be listed among authorized representatives (registrars) of the system. You then will be able to edit your registrar profile, price your verification services, change parameters, edit contact information, process applications, issue passports or reject applications on the website of the verification center. In addition, the registrar is engaged in verification of initial passports that have been issued by the holders of Personal passports which were issued by this particular registrar.

Registrars will get 75% of the price paid for issued passports. They will get 25 % of the price for verification of initial passports.

Original documents received from all applicants must be sent to the verification center where they will be verified and stored.

A Personal passport can be issued to a member by an authorized Registrar (holder of a Registrar passport) in presence of the applicant. If there are no registrars in your city, a Personal passport can be issued to you by the verification center via regular mail: you must mail a copy of some form of legal identification along with your contact information as well as a signed and notarized application for verification and issuance of Personal passport. You should also pay a guarantee fee of 100 WMZ. This guarantee fee will be refunded as soon as you stop your verification business only on condition that the verification center has no claims to you regarding your work, in particular, regarding the accuracy of verified information. Otherwise, this fee will be used to indemnify the verification center.

Once you’ve received a Personal passport, you will be listed among other users with Personal passports. You will be able to price your services, edit your contact information, process applications, issue passports or reject applications.

Users with Personal passports will get 50% of the price paid for passports.

Original documents received from all applicants must be mailed to your registrar for validation and storage.

The issue scheme realized by the verification center implies a 100% advance payment. Thus, you can issue passports only to those applicants who have paid the sum indicated by you to the special account of the verification center. You will be given access to this account enabling you to view its status and transfer your funds to your WM purse. You will be able to transfer funds to your purse as soon as your registrar has verified the passports issued by you. In other words, initial passports and Personal passports are verified twice: initial passports are verified by the issuing agent and his or her registrar, whereas Personal passports are verified by registrars and the verification center.

We want to draw your attention to the fact that if the verification center doubts that the data verified by you is accurate, you will be deprived of the right to issue passports without the possibility to refund the guarantee fee. Moreover, you won’t be able to re-acquire the right to issue passports.
