If you participate in WebMoney Transfer system and you cannot solve a problem , fill in the General application and deliver it to our office. Our professional employees will consider it and contact you. If you cannot visit our office in person, you can certify your signature on the application form at the notary public and send it to us via regular post. Please, notice, that applications without certified signature will not be processed.
